  • Down payment is non-refundable.
  • Balance payment must be settled before departure.
2 Change of Schedule

If you have made a down payment but wish to change the date, please notify us at least 5 days in advance. However, we cannot guarantee the date availability.

3 Cancellation

If a cancellation is made by the customer before the departure date for any reason, the down payment will be forfeited (non-refundable).
